Eivissa is connected by sea with the Peninsula from the cities of Barcelona, Valencia and Denia.
During the summer, the service is daily, but from October to April (around Easter), there are usually fewer connections.

Ibiza is also connected by sea with Formentera and Mallorca. In Ibiza Port, the two maritime stations offer information and tickets. One of the stations deals with the companies that operate with Formentera and the other deals with trips to the Peninsula or Mallorca.

Private boats
Another option for those travelling with their own boats is to moor in the marinas and sailing clubs on the island.
In the city of Eivissa, you will find the Marina Botafoch, very close to the centre of the city and with marvellous views of Dalt Vila. In addition to mooring places, the port offers complementary technical services and there is an attractive shopping centre with shops, bars and restaurants. |

This is the most usual way of getting to Ibiza. Eivissa has an efficient airport, through which four million passengers pass a year. The airport is situated 7.5 km from the city of Ibiza.
